TRX Suspension

TRX Suspension Training is a dynamic all over body workout which incorporates gravity and your body weight. Functional training across multiple planes of motion, TRX training builds a strong core helping joint stability and balance and will increases muscular endurance, flexibility and strength.

RIP Training

RIP Training

Rip Training utilises a lever bar and resistance cord to provide a unique mix of rotation, core stability, power, balance and coordination challenges. Rip Training utilises the same asymmetrical loading we encounter every day such as carrying groceries, picking up your child, throwing a ball, or performing athletic movements such as swimming, running, and cycling.

Created by Renee Scott, Barre Attack is a dynamic fusion of Pilates, Ballet and Fitness. It’s an all body workout using the classic Ballet Barre. The Barre Attack method was created on a dance, Pilates and functional fitness.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga

A Prenatal Yoga session with Jana, our Yoga specialist are designed to support the changes happening in your life and body in the second and third trimester. Selected lengthening and strengthening postures and breath work will help prepare your body and mind for labour and relieve aches and pains along the way. Please let us know before attending if you suffer from any complications or have suffered in previous pregnancies, we may need a doctor’s clearance.
